Good Morning, 12/9/08

It's a jump to the right. . .

  • I had a fantastic doctor's appointment today. I am back on steroids - LOW dose, Azithromycin, and Advair.
  • My lungs sound fine, so the coughing is probably due to post-nasal nastiness.
  • The mean old nurse gave me four vaccinations - tetanus/diptheria, pneumococcal, polio, and influenza Type B. They didn't hurt at all. I was surprised.
  • Cholera is making a comeback I hear. Want to hear my solution? Don't shit where you drink and don't drink where others shit.
  • I lost ten pounds in 12 days. Mainly from steroid dosage drop, but I'm sure the spinach salads contributed somewhat.
  • Anybody want a dog? She like to poop and pee on concrete floors, which happen to be the same floors of my office area. Doesn't matter how many times she's been out, she loves to come down to the basement and poop/pee whenever she can. We try to keep her out, but sometimes she is able to slip down here.
  • Sure I'm getting healthier, but what the fuck am I supposed to do for my "new normal?"
Dammit, Janet!
